Is Your Air Conditioner Ready for This Summer?

The seasons are changing again. The sun is shining and we're gearing up for another hot Texas summer. Before the season gets here, we highly encourage you to make sure that your air conditioner is in good condition and ready to handle the long, hot days and keep you cool. You may want to check the following:

1. Clean or replace your air conditioner filter (you'll need to do this every month!)
2. Inspect the air conditioning unit outside - clear off any debris.
3. Don't overwork your AC unit! Set your thermostat to 78 degrees when you're home and at 85 degrees when you're away.
4. Make sure that your thermostat is functioning properly.
5. Have an ABA service professional inspect your system with a pre-season tuneup.
